X-Men's Newest Superpower Is Officially Unfilmable

Marvel introduces an X-Men character with a unique mutant power that wouldn’t work in live-action, as much as the MCU could try to adapt it. The X-Men cover a wide variety of different types of mutations, from the straightforward lethality of Wolverine’s claws and Colossus’ metal skin to the often misunderstood nature of Cyclops’ concussive blasts and Mystique’s shapefshifting abilities, to the overpowered might of Magneto’s mastery over magnetism and Storm’s control over the weather.
