“I thought you were different…” Tubi has revealed the official trailer for an indie thriller titled Stepfather, arriving to watch streaming on Tubi (for free!) starting in June later in the month. Yet another low budget, extra cheesy new thriller to watch online anytime – or skip entirely. A desperate man hunts for the perfect family, but when his new wife and daughters fear he may just be deranged, escaping him will have deadly consequences. The film relies on psychological tension, teasing mounting suspicion inside the home as Asia realizes the man she married is hiding deadly secrets. Stepfather stars Taye Diggs and Tamar Braxton in the main roles, with Kalani Jules, Jessica Jarrell, Janeline Hayes, Dante Brown, Troy Brookins, TJ Shaw, Koda Kalani Beschen, and Elizabeth Dantus.
