Yes! The CW has announced that Riverdale will return for a fourth season, and the cast is very excited about the news. We don’t know when season four will begin to air, but based on precedent, it’s safe to assume the season will begin in October 2019, so mark your calendars!
But Riverdale what’s about?
Originally a story from Archie Comics which started in 1941, Riverdale centres around a group of high school students who are shocked by the death of classmate, Jason Blossom. Together they unravel the secrets of Riverdale and who really killed Jason.
In others words Riverdale is a real place but not like you would imagine. In the show, Riverdale is close to Greendale and Centerville but it is never said which state they inhabit. There is the North side and South side of the town. The real Riverdale is a district in the small town known as Halifax. The town also holds a district named Centerville. Halifax is in the state of Virginia which also has a North side and South side, however they are not prone to fighting or gangs.
