“Horror is a critique of society – but you do it with zombies.” Shudder has unveiled the official trailer for a horror documentary film titled 1000 Women in Horror, an exciting look back at horror history and all of the women within it. This doc from Australia premiered at the 2025 Melbourne Film Festival last year, and also played at the Brooklyn Horror Film Festival in the fall. Shudder will release it for streaming starting in March later this month.
