Do you think if someone is beautiful can act? Kim Kardashian has had the rather unfortunate honour of winning a Razzie Award.The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was named Worst Supporting Actress for her role in Tyler Perry’s Temptation.Hopefully the news won’t have come as too much of a surprise to Kim, considering one critic labelled her performance ‘vapid, nasal, and awful’.

According to TheWrap, Kim is: as nasal and awful an actress as you might imagine. I mean, TBH, I don’t have to “imagine” how awful an actress Kim Kardashian is, because I have witnessed many of her acting tours de force upon the E! channel, such as “act like you have a stomach ache near some sunglasses” and “act like you want to marry that dude over there.” She’s amazing. Shut up.

Vanessa Williams, Brandy Norwood and Eric West also star in the film, described by Perry as ‘a bold exploration of the intrigue and perils of infidelity’.Kim’s foray into movie acting was met with widespread criticism when it was released last year.

‘…And Kim Kardashian, as the protagonist’s bitchy fashionista coworker, vainly trying to act,’ states Tim Out, giving the film a measly one star rating.Roger Moore, meanwhile, describes Kim’s performance as ‘vapid’ and allots the film just one-and-a-half stars.The irony wasn’t lost on fans when Kim signed on to play a marriage counselor in the new film about an ambitious women who has an affair with a handsome billionaire.Some critics blatantly questioned why Kim was even considered for the role.’What alarms me more than anything — I mean I’m a seasoned campaigner and you can’t scare me with Tyler Perry — is the casting of Kim Kardashian in the film,’ wrote Ken Hanke of Mountain X.
