Season 8 for Arrow is coming and as per Deadline, a new character will be introduced. The upcoming 10 episode run will find Connor back in his role as an agent of Knightwatch, teaming up with Mia Smoak and William Clayton – Oliver Queen’s children – to save Star City.
The character made his Arrowverse debut in the spin-off show DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, playing John Diggle Jr, who took on the mantle of Green Arrow in the alternate timeline of the future. In others words We will see a lot more of Connor Hawke in the final chapter of Arrow. Joseph-David Jones, who joined the cast of the CW’s DC drama as recurring during its most recent seventh season, has been bumped to a series regular for its eighth and final season.
Arrow season 8 will premiere in Fall 2019. It usually arrives in early to mid-October, often the first opportunity after New York Comic Con. Since Arrow is moving to Tuesdays in the fall, we’re going to pencil in the possible Arrow season 8 premiere date as Tuesday, Oct. 8. We’ll update this with official confirmation as soon as we have it.
