Apple TV has established itself as the premier destination for long-form sci-fi, despite the success that its competitors have had with titles such as Stranger Things and Fallout. Over the years, Apple has released acclaimed shows such as Monarch: Legacy of Monsters, Silo, Invasion, Foundation, the highly decorated Severance, and more recently, Vince Gilligan‘s Pluribus. However, the journey began with a show that is often overlooked, even though it has run over half a decade and returned with a fifth season this week. The show will conclude its run with a sixth season, while the IP expands with a planned spin-off that’s due out this year.
